Actions dashboard
When you select Actions from the left menu, you will land on the Actions dashboard. What you can see on the dashboard depends on your role and permissions.
- Account Managers will have an organisation-wide view of actions.
- Report Viewers will only see actions they have created or been assigned to.
You can also filter the dashboard by a specific survey by using the survey selector to the top right.
There are three parts to the Actions dashboard, let's learn more about them.
Number of actions
This section shows a number only.
- For Account Managers: This is the total number of actions that have been created for your organisation.
- For Report Viewers: This is the total number of actions that you have been assigned.
Actions by status
This section shows a doughnut chart with a list of actions broken down by status (Not Started, In Progress, Completed, Overdue). You can select a segment of the chart to take you to a filtered view of the Actions tab with those actions only.
- For Account Managers: This shows the total number of actions created for your organisation by status.
- For Report Viewers: This shows the total number of actions you've been assigned by status.
Actions by
This section shows a breakdown of actions by Categories, Assignees, and Surveys in a bar chart format. You can select a bar on the chart to take you to a filtered view of the Actions tab with those actions only.
- For Account Managers: This chart can help you identify trends or particular issues. For example, is there an assignee with a lot of actions overdue? Do they need more time or to delegate some actions?
- For Report Viewers: This can help you keep of actions across different surveys you might be involved in.
