How to resolve firewall issues

Strict firewall policies can prevent you from accessing external websites or impact website functionality. 

If this happens while using AskYourTeam, please ask your IT administrator to add the following URLs to your trusted sites:

• askyourteam.com
• *app.askyourteam.com
• ayt-customer-logos-production.s3.amazonaws.com

The third URL allows us to display your logo in surveys and other pages within our system.

If you use a proxy filter to restrict access to certain sites and want to add our URL to that filter, the URL for the account will be: https://your-AYT-organisation-name.app.askyourteam.com.
