What does 'regenerate' mean in the Text Analysis Report?
When you make changes to topics on individual comments this affects the topic and question summaries generated by AI. You will need to regenerate the summaries to ensure they take into consideration the changes you've made.
Don't worry, we will prompt you to do this as soon as you or someone else in your organisation makes changes to topics.
To regenerate summaries:
- Go to the question you want to make topic changes to within the Text Analysis Report.
- Select the All comments tab.
- Make your topic changes.
- Select the button that will appear at the top of your comments list.
Regenerating summaries will replace your existing ones. It usually takes a few minutes but can take up to half an hour if you have thousands of comments to process. You can still use the AskYourTeam system during this time.
We recommend you make your changes on all comments that need topics adjusted first, then select regenerate topics. This will save you time overall and allow you to work more efficiently, rather than regenerating after every few topic changes.
Regenerating summaries is an action that can't be undone, so make sure you're happy with your changes before you select it!
💡 Did you know? Making changes to topics and regenerating topics are actions that can only be performed by Account Managers.
