All Services Report
The All Services report allows you to compare performance across all council services participating in the survey.
It only shows as an option in your reporting suite if you've:
- run a Service Review (Staff) survey AND
- been granted access to view the report.
The report is displayed as a heatmap table. Each column represents a service and its scores. Only scores for agree-disagree scale questions are shown.
Each score is colour-coded red or green, and you'll notice there are gradients of these colours. The more intense the colour the stronger the score reflects the following statements:
- Red: There are opportunities for the service to improve.
- Green: The service is performing well in this area.
Use the toggles to change views
Use the toggles at the top of the table to change the data shown.
You can choose from two options:
- Category: View results by question group (e.g. Service Quality & Delivery, Resource & Support Effectiveness, Community Engagement & Feedback)
- Questions: View results by individual questions.
Identify patterns and opportunities
The All Services report can also help councils identify patterns and trends.
For example, if most participating services scored the question 'We act on feedback from the community' low you would see a row of cells shaded red. This might indicate the council needs to explore how they incorporate feedback from the community into their planning processes across the board.
