Setting your Executive team

It's a good idea to identify who your Executive team are in your Participant Library, as it will provide you with more reporting data when you run a survey.

For example, it will automatically generate the Alignment Report. This report uses the Level demographic to compare the Executive team's responses to those of the rest of the organisation. It will show whether their results are similar (aligned) or different. A significant difference in results could mean there are issues to resolve that one group is unaware of, we call this a blindspot.

To set your executive team:

  1. Select Library > Participants from the left menu.
  2. Browse or search for an executive team member in the table.
  3. Double-click the Level column.
  4. Select Executive.

Participants who do not have a Level set will fall under the 'Non-executive' label within the Alignment Report.
