Actions Dashboard
The Actions dashboard provides a visual breakdown of your Actions list.
Actions for Account
This shows the total number of Actions that have been created for your organisation.
NOTE: Account Managers will have an organisation wide view of Actions, while Report Viewers have a restricted view and only sees actions they have created and have been assigned to.
You can also filter the dashboard by a specific survey to see the summary of the action for that survey.
Actions by Status
This shows the total actions broken down by Status.
Click on the graph to take you to the relevant list of actions.
Actions by
Breakdown actions by Categories, Assignees, and Surveys to identify areas that need following up.
