Can participants export their responses?

This depends on what settings you choose for your survey.

If you'd like participants to be able to export a copy of their responses:

1. Go to Surveys.

2. Select the survey you would like users to export their responses from.

3. Select Edit.

4. Go to the Settings tab.

5. Scroll down to Allow participants to export their responses.

6. Turn the toggle on.

If the toggle is turned on, participants will be able to email themselves a copy of their responses when they complete the survey (when they reach the Thank You page).

This email will contain a link to download a PDF. For the participants' privacy, the link will expire 7 days after being sent.

Running an anonymous survey? Don't worry. If participants provide their email address on the Thank You screen, their responses won't be linked back to them. Their identity will still be protected.
