Check the Demographic Data

You can check the demographic data each participant has chosen to ensure they have selected the correct information.

It is important to check participants have entered their correct details to ensure the results are as accurate as possible.

If a respondent has entered incorrect demographics the Account Administrator can change the demographic in this tab.

NOTE: Account Administrator/Manager cannot view respondent's answers to a survey, they can only see the demographic data they have selected.

To Check Participant Demographic Options

  1. From the Surveys page, find the survey

  2. Hover over the survey and click Manage

  3. Click the Participants tab

  4. View the data for each respondent and check if correct

You can also export this to Excel by clicking the Export Excel button

To Edit Respondent Demographic Data

  1. From the Surveys page, find the survey

  2. Hover over the survey and click Manage 

  3. Click the Participants tab

  4. Find the participant to update

  5. Select correct option

  6. Click out of the table to save
