Duplicating Surveys

To save time setting up multiple surveys you may like to duplicate a survey you have already created. You can duplicate any survey regardless of its state (Draft, Pending, Active or Closed).

Duplicate surveys copy all questions and communications from the original survey so you will only need to set survey dates, demographics and participants to complete the set up.

To duplicate a survey:

1. Navigate to the survey you would like to duplicate

2. Click on the three dots to open the survey menu and select Duplicate

3. Follow the usual set up process

   • Set the new survey name and dates

   • Questions will already be set

   • Select Demographics

   • Add Participants

   • Edit the Communications if required - these have been duplicated from the previous survey too
