How to avoid email spam filters

Set up your survey for success by making sure important email communications don’t end up in the spam folder.  

AskYourTeam uses DomainKey Identified Mail (DKIM) and Sender Policy Framework (SPF) verification to deliver our emails to your organisation’s email addresses. 

If your organisation already uses this strategy, you don’t need to take any further action.  

If your organisation isn’t using this strategy, you might need to add AskYourTeam to your Allow List (also called the Approved or Safe Sender list). This will identify us as a trusted sender.
