Securely sending AskYourTeam a participant file

In certain cases, the AskYourTeam customer success team may upload your participant data on your behalf. This guide details a secure way to send us your participant data. The first step is to protect the workbook.

To protect the workbook

  1. Select File > Info.

  2. Select the Protect Workbook box and choose Encrypt with Password.

  3. Enter a password in the Password box, and then select OK.

  4. Confirm the password in the Reenter Password box, and then select OK.

  5. Save the workbook and Attach it to an email

  6. Do not include the password in the email, rather send the password via SMS or Whatsapp to your customer success manager.
