Setting your Executive team

By setting a participant's Level demographic in the Participant Library to Executive this will enable us to differentiate these people from the wider organisation and make comparisons within reports. 

Including an Executive team in your surveys will generate the Alignment Report within the AskYourTeam platform. The purpose of this comparison report is to look at the alignment between the Executive/Senior Leadership Group compared to the wider organisation and identify any Blind Spots.

Set the Executive team

To select the Executive team:

  1. Navigate to the Participant Library under the Library menu

  2. Find an Executive team member's name

  3. Double click the Level column

  4. Select Executive

All participants that do not have a Level set will fall under the 'People' column within the Blind Spot report.

NOTE: When creating surveys, if any of the Executives are included in the survey, this will automatically generate the Alignment report.
