When a survey closes, what should the Account Admin/Manager complete?

  • Activate any Report Viewers who will be completing the initial analysis

  • Confirm any meetings for the analysis of the results (suggested within the first 2-4 weeks of survey closing)

What information should be immediately shared with the organisation after the survey has closed?

You want to be able to give very prompt feedback to the organisation, which will re-enforce that the reports and results are instantaneous. It is recommended that within 48 hours of the survey closing an email/communication should be sent to all of the participants. This should include;

  • A thank-you to the team for taking part in the survey and their contributions.

  • A couple of key celebrations from the survey (organisation wide)

  • A timeline outlining the next steps

Another thing to consider is, if there are some initial insights that you require extra feedback on from the team. You can use the system to create a new survey and go back out within a week or two of the first survey closing and just ask some “Delving Deeper” questions to get the further insight you may need.
