What is a passcode participant?

A passcode participant is a participant that uses a 12-digit token to access a survey. These participants typically do not have an email or mobile number to access the survey. 

Adding a passcode participant to a survey will generate the passcode download file. This file will be available to download as soon as the survey is in a pending or active state. 

To download the list of passcode participants:

1. Find the survey you want to download passcode participants for and click Manage 

2. Select Passcodes from the menu - this menu will only be available if you have passcode participants in the survey

3. Click Export Excel

The passcodes will be displayed as follows:

Once a participant completes the survey, the passcode used to access the survey expires and is deleted from the system. There is no option to re-use the token and no option to re-access the survey.
