What is the Insights Dashboard? ✨
The Insights Dashboard is a quick and simple way to start understanding your survey results. By highlighting trends and areas that need attention, it can help you feel more confident about where to focus action and resources that drive real change.
It contains a:
Summary: A concise overview of your survey results, including where your strengths are and areas that need attention.
What's working well: Your five highest-scoring questions. This is an opportunity to celebrate what you're doing well.
What needs some work: Your five lowest-scoring questions. This might be where you need to focus action and resources.
Demographic spotlight: Highlights questions with the biggest difference in score between a specific group of people.
Suggested actions: A few ideas to help you start the conversation around next steps. How can you make progress towards the areas that need attention?
To access the Insights Dashboard, you must be an Account Manager and have AI for reporting enabled in your survey settings. When your survey closes, you can find it in your reporting suite – it's the first tab!
The Insights Dashboard is currently available for surveys with at least 10 agree-disagree scale questions. It is not yet available for ongoing surveys (like Onboarding or Offboarding) or Leadership Effectiveness surveys.
What does Beta mean?
Our Insights Dashboard is currently in beta. That means we're testing ideas and looking at how we can leverage technology to bring you more value and deeper insights.
As a beta release, we are likely to make updates and changes frequently based on feedback from our customers. Keep an eye out for these!
Does the Insights Dashboard analyse all survey data?
The Insights Dashboard is generated using results from your survey's 10 highest and 10 lowest-scoring questions (agree-disagree scale questions only) and their question categories.
How do you protect our data when using AI?
We understand the importance of protecting your data and take every precaution to ensure it's safe and secure. That means as we explore new technologies like third-party Generative AI, your (and your participant's) privacy remains our top priority.
We use six techniques to protect your data and privacy:
We don't share PII (personally identifiable information) with AI services.
We remove PII from comments.
We use encrypted tokens.
We don't allow AI models to learn from data it's provided.
We keep your identity separate from LLM insight generation.
We use best practice data security.
Learn more about each of these in our guide: How we protect your data when using third-party AI
How do I get the Insights Dashboard?
To generate the Insights Dashboard, you need to enable AI for reporting in your survey settings. You can enable this setting when your survey is in draft, pending or active. If you need to enable it for a closed survey, contact your Customer Success Representative or email us at customersuccess@askyourteam.com
Once you enable AI for reporting on an active survey, it can't be turned off. This is because the process to generate the dashboard has already started.
