What is the People Score filter?

The People Score is a filter option only available for the Business, State Sector, and Local Government survey templates.

It shows the average score of questions from the following categories:

  • Leadership

  • Performance Development

  • Organisational Culture

  • People Experience

  • Psychological Wellbeing

These categories map closely to questions found in traditional engagement surveys but should not be used as a direct comparison.

How to view your People Score

To view the People Score for a survey:

  1. Go to Surveys in the left hand menu.

  2. Select the title of the survey you want to view reports for.

  3. Select Apply filters button

  4. Under Themes, choose People Score

  5. Select See results.

Why can't I see my People Score?

If you can't see your People Score, it is usually because:

  • There are not enough questions from the five categories. To generate a People Score your survey needs to contain at least 15 questions from the People Score question categories: Leadership, Performance Development, Organisational Culture, People Experience, Psychological Wellbeing.

  • It's unavailable for that survey template. The People Score is only available for the Business, State Sector and Local Government survey templates.
