Using suggested actions
Suggested actions are things you can do to resolve or address a particular issue. There are two types of suggested actions in AskYourTeam: Database-selected and ✨ AI-generated.
Database-selected
These are suggested actions we've curated in a database and attached to specific questions.
You can view these types of actions in the Actions section:
- Go to Actions in the left menu.
- Selected the Suggested Actions tab.
- View all actions available to you by category or scroll down to view ones related to questions you've asked in surveys. You can't filter the Suggested Actions tab by specific survey.
You will also see these types of actions when you create an action for a specific question in the survey's reporting section. You can choose to write your own action or use a suggested action from our database.
✨ AI-generated
If you have AI-enabled for your survey, and you're an Account Manager or Report Viewer with full access to results, you will see the Actions tab in your survey results section. This tab contains six suggested actions that relate to areas identified as most needing work.
They're made up of 3 Quick Wins and 3 Long Term actions.
Quick Wins are actions that generally require limited time and resources to implement. They can help boost morale and start to move progress in the right direction before you retest your survey.
If you create an action using one of these suggested actions, you'll then be able to view it in the main Actions section in the left menu of AskYourTeam.
