Why are there no results under 'What's working well' or 'What needs work'?
There might be a situation where no data shows in one of the following sections of your Insights Dashboard:
- What's working well
- What needs some work
These sections are generated based on your survey data. They list up to three areas where you recorded higher scores or more positive feedback, and where you recorded lower scores or less positive feedback.
If no significantly low-scoring or high-scoring areas are detected, you will see the following message pictured below:
You're most likely to receive this message when you run a survey with:
only a few questions (under 6 questions)
AND
- a small participant pool (under 20 participants).
If all questions have a high average score (around 75% or higher), then you might get a message that says no low-scoring areas were detected. If all questions have a low average score (around 50% or lower), then you might get a message that says no high-scoring areas were detected.
💡Remember 'What's working well' and 'What needs some work' are based on your survey data only. What your organisation defines as high-scoring or low-scoring may differ based on your unique situation.
If I have no low-scoring areas, does that mean I don't need to create any actions?
There is always room to improve! This is an opportunity to refine what's working well and make it even better.
Also keep in mind the Insights Dashboard provides an overview of your results. If no significantly low-scoring areas are detected, it's still a good idea to take a close look at your results as there might be:
- minority demographics who have different experiences to the general participant group
- ensure there are no sensitive comments received in the Text Analysis Report that might need urgent attention.
