How the participating service variable works in Service Reviews (Staff)

A variable is a piece of text which changes dynamically. For Service Reviews (Staff), there is a unique variable that you'll see when creating the survey. This appears in Step 6: Communications: [PARTICIPATING_SERVICE]

When a participant receives survey communications this will automatically populate with the service they need to provide feedback on. This is particularly useful if they are invited to provide feedback on more than one service.

You can still edit your survey communications, but you must include this variable.
