Why can’t I add a participant from my library to a survey?
If you're having trouble adding someone from your participant library to a survey, here are a few things to check:
- Survey status: Once your survey becomes active, the participant list and the library are no longer linked. If the participant was added to the library after the survey went live, they won’t appear in the survey’s participant list automatically; you’ll need to add them manually.
- Check your search entry: If you're searching through a long list, double-check that you've entered the correct name, mobile number, or other detail into the search field. Even a small typo can prevent someone from showing up.
Selected view: When adding participants, make sure you’ve selected the correct view. To add new people, switch to "Participants not in your survey". This shows only those who aren’t already included.
