The Heatmap Report
The Heatmap report allows comparing demographic results of questions and categories. This enables you to identify both strengths and opportunities for improvement that lie beneath the overall average score.
Here are some basics you need to know about the Heatmap report.
You’ll need to select a demographic category to generate the heatmap e.g. department
The heatmap gives you a helicopter view of your team's results and breaks things down into logical groupings, helping you to identify the areas of focus that matter most.
Select a demographic
You’ll need to select a demographic category from the dropdown to generate the heatmap. In this case, we will click on [insert demographic] to analyse the results.
The heatmap report helps visualize how different demographic groups compare and gives you a helicopter view of your team's results. It breaks things down into logical groupings, helping you to identify the areas of focus that matter most. A heatmap uses shades of colour to draw attention to different values on a matrix.
Changing demographics
You can easily change and filter your results by selecting a different demographic category. This allows you to see your results through different lenses.
Click on the demographic dropdown selector to change the demographic and see the results for that option.
