Templates and questions library

Your templates and questions library is located in the left-hand menu.

It lets you create surveys in two ways:

Templates: Select a research-based survey template that is ready to use. Each template comes with a targeted set of questions.
Questions: Select a group of questions from your subscription and use those to create your survey.

Templates library

Your template library shows a list of survey templates. You can use these templates to create different types of surveys. Each template has carefully curated questions designed to gather feedback on specific topics.

You can find templates using the search or filter them using the folders.

There are four folders:

In my subscription: Templates you've purchased. You can use them right away to create a survey.
Not in my subscription: Other templates you can purchase, including new ones. Templates not in your subscription will have a padlock on the bottom of the card.
All templates: The full list of templates in your subscription or available to purchase.
Starred: This is your own folder. You can use it to create a list of templates you'd like to use or find again quickly. You can add templates to this folder by selecting the star icon next to the title of a survey template.

Select a template for your survey

To select a template for your survey or to learn more about it:

Select the More info button on the template card.
This will open a panel on the right. This panel includes information about the template, including the purpose, questions, question categories and how many benchmark questions it contains. You can also export the survey questions from this panel.
To start creating a survey using this template, select Create survey.
This will take you to the survey create flow.

Purchase a template

Templates with a padlock icon aren't part of your subscription, but you can purchase them anytime.

To purchase a template:

Select the More info button on the template card.
This will open a panel on the right. This panel shows similar information to templates in your subscription (purpose, question examples, question categories and how many benchmark questions it contains). It also shows you pricing.
To purchase the template, select Request template. This will send a message to our Customer Success Team, who will be in contact shortly. If you need your template urgently, contact us directly by email on customersuccess@askyourteam.com.

Question library

Your question library displays the questions in your subscription. You can choose any combination of these to create your survey.

To create your survey:

Choose the questions you want to include in your survey. You can find questions by filtering by template or category or searching with keywords.
Check the box next to the question to select it.
Selected questions will be added to the panel on the right.
Select Add to new survey to create a survey with those questions.
A pop-up modal will appear requesting you to add basic survey information, including your survey name and dates.
Select Create survey to proceed. This will take you to the survey create flow.
